Baked apple sundaes

Slice whole apples in half and remove the stem, core and seeds. Prepare them according to your favorite microwave-baked apple recipe. Oven-baked apples are great for those who prefer a slow-cooked method.

Remove the apples and top with scoops of French Vanilla, Butter Pecan or Sea Salt Caramel Toffee Crunch Ice Cream. Drizzle with a gooey caramel topping, nuts or granola.
