Pierre’s celebrates National Dairy Month with the International Dairy Foods Association’s 34th Annual Capitol Hill Ice Cream Party. June 15, 2016 is a day of celebration, along with the “coolest” summertime “ice cream social” tradition for members of Congress, their families and staffs, and other special guests.

This FREE and open-to-the-public event from 4-6 p.m. in Upper Senate Park, adjacent to the Russell Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC is where volunteers will be dishing up over 2,000 gallons of ice cream, frozen yogurt, 6,000 root beer floats and 44 cases of sundae toppings.

Pierre’s Sundae at the Museum, Mocha Mud Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, Pretzel Sundae, Sea Salt Caramel Toffee Crunch, Emerald Necklace, Black Raspberry Chip and Cookie Butter Fudge Chunk flavors will be joining the party! Even if you aren’t in DC to attend, you can always share a scoop and a smile to kick off summertime with family and friends!
