For many, a fiesta isn’t a fiesta without a margarita. We invite you to try our Pierre’s-style version of this popular adult beverage using Pierre’s Premium Sherbet!

Ingredients:

(serves 2)

• 6 fl oz tequila
• 2 fl oz of orange liqueur
• 3 generous scoops of Pierre’s Lime Sherbet
• 1 cup of crushed ice

In an electric blender, blend crushed ice, tequila, orange liqueur and sherbet at high speed for a short length of time until smooth. Pour into margarita glasses and serve!

For a refreshing non-alcohol version … use lime juice and orange juice instead of the tequila and liquor.
