Easy Emerald Cookies & Fudge Milkshakes

Emerald Cookies & Fudge is a premium ice cream flavor made with mint ice cream, chocolate cream cookies and thick fudge swirls and is a great milkshake flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 quart container of Pierre’s Emerald Cookies & Fudge Ice Cream
  • ½ – ¾ cup of milk
  • 2 frosty mugs
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Chocolate Cream Cookies (optional)

Combine 2 generous cups of Pierre’s Emerald Cookies & Fudge Ice Cream with ½ – ¾ cup of milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into two frosty mugs. Top with whipped cream and crumbled chocolate cookies sprinkled across the top.

St. Patty Pie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 – ready-made chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 – 1.5 quart container of Pierre’s Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • Optional: Whipped cream, green sprinkles or any other festive and favorite topping

Remove ice cream from freezer; let sit for 5-to-10 minutes to soften. Scoop ice cream into crust and gently flatten and spread the ice cream until the pie shell is full. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze until it is time for dessert. Remove pie from freezer; cover with whipped topping and add green sprinkles … slice, serve and enjoy!

Pierre’s Patrick Punch 

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and traditions are known for being colorful and festive … kind of like a great party punch, right? Here is a simple recipe fit for any St. Patrick’s Day party!

Grab your finest punch bowl and combine two quarts of Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch with two liters of lemon-lime soda. Add one quart of Pierre’s Rainbow Sherbet, one scoop at a time. For fun, float a few freshly sliced limes into the punch bowl. For any leftover lime slices, make a small cut into each disc and slide onto the rim of the punch glasses.
