Surprise your sweetie with this simple-to-make Cupid Cake! All you need are three ingredients to create this quick and delicous Valentine’s Day dessert.

Ingredients:

• One 1.5 Quart container of Pierre’s Premium Chocolate Ice Cream
• One box of Pierre’s Ice Cream Sandwiches, 10 Pack or 6 Pack
• Chocolate Sauce

Start with one container of Pierre’s Premium Chocolate Ice Cream. Remove from freezer to allow the ice cream to soften while you place a decorative plate in the freezer to chill.

After ten minutes, unwrap two Pierre’s Ice Cream Sandwiches and place one on the plate. Spread a layer of softened ice cream over the top of the sandwich using a knife or spoon. Next, place the second sandwich on top. Spread a layer of the softened ice cream over the top of this second sandwich. Return the plate to the freezer for a few minutes to allow to harden, or until ready to serve. When ready, cut the dessert in half, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and share it with someone you love!
