Creamy Piña Coladas

Piña Colada is Spanish for Coconut Pineapple! With that in mind, we re-imagined this adult drink using Pierre’s very own Coconut Pineapple Premium Ice Cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients

(serves 2)

  • 6 fl oz of light rum
  • 3 generous scoops of Pierre’s Coconut Pineapple Premium Ice Cream
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

In an electric blender, blend crushed ice, rum and ice cream at high speed for a short length of time until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve!
