Not every dessert recipe needs more time to create than it does to enjoy. Here are a few holiday themed ideas we put together for you.

Apple cider floats

Easier than pie, and just as delicious! Pour glasses of your favorite chilled apple cider over scoops of Pierre’s Premium Classic Vanilla Ice Cream. Add sliced apples and/or cinnamon sticks or top with caramel.

Brownies and Peppermint Stick Ice Cream

Place large scoops of Pierre’s Premium Peppermint Stick Ice Cream onto brownie squares to completely cover them. Top with chocolate sauce. Store-bought is fine with us … we won’t judge.

Ice cream cookie sliders

Small sugar and shortbread cookies are in large supply over the holidays. Buy or bake a batch of your favorites. Two-inch flat ones work best. Sandwich a small scoop (melon-ball size) of your preferred Pierre’s flavor in between two of them and set on a tray. Pierre’s Signature Mocha Mud Pie Ice Cream is one of our favorite choices! Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
