Easy recipes featuring Coconut Pineapple and Peaches & Cream

Summer may not officially start until June 20, but, for us, the season begins. Coconut Pineapple Premium Ice Cream and Peaches & Cream Premium Ice Cream are available now at your favorite grocer. Each is delicious on its own – just add a spoon to enjoy. Both make great desserts and blended cocktails for all of your summer gatherings.

Grab a container or two the next time you go grocery shopping – these popular flavors are fan favorites and won’t be around for long!

Coconut Pineapple Tarts

These perfectly portioned treats offer a taste of pure summer. They’re also easy to make and freeze ahead of time.


  • 4 scoops of Coconut Pineapple Premium Ice Cream
  • 4 store-bought mini graham cracker crust pie shells
  • 1 8-oz. can of crushed pineapple, evenly divided
  • 1 tube light whipped topping
  • 4 maraschino cherries or 4 dried pineapple chunks to garnish (optional)

Remove the ice cream from the freezer; let soften for about 10 minutes. Place one scoop of ice cream each in one of the pie crusts. Flatten and spread the ice cream so it’s level within each crust. Freeze if not serving immediately.

Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple over each ice cream scoop, then cover each pie with the whipped topping. Add optional garnish.

Serves 4.

Easy Peaches & Cream Martinis

All you need are four frosty mugs, a few ingredients and some great company to enjoy these smooth, fruity libations.


  • 4 generous scoops of Peaches & Cream Premium Ice Cream
  • 4-8 shots vanilla-flavored vodka, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 4 wedges or thin slices of fresh peach to garnish (optional)

In an electric blender, mix crushed ice, vodka and ice cream at high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve. Garnish with peach slices, if desired.

Serves 4.
