Pierre’s Ice Cream Company, Inc. (Pierre’s) (Sponsor), celebrates the Commissioning of the USS Cleveland with a social media giveaway hosted on Pierre’s Facebook and Instagram pages May 11, 2026 through May 15, 2026 at Noon EDT.
Enter by liking and commenting with a correct answer on our trivia contest posts during the contest period for your chance to win one (1) of twelve (12) Coolers filled with two (2) 1.5 Quart containers of Pierre’s Ice Cream – one (1) Spirit of America® and one (1) Sea Salt Caramel Toffee Crunch, along with supplies. Winners will be chosen at the conclusion of the giveaway. One (1) correct answer on any of the posts qualifies the Entrant to be entered for a chance to win. One (1) entry per person, per social media platform, is needed to be entered for a chance to win.

The Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the Winner, and may not be resold by any of the Winners.
Actual Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize may vary. Total ARV of the Prize to be given to each of the twelve (12) winners is $50.00 United States Dollars (USD), for a combined ARV of $600.00 USD.

The giveaway, hosted and sponsored by Pierre’s, is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation, and/or the US Navy. By participating, the Entrant agrees to and accepts these conditions in addition to use by Pierre’s of their submission in future content, without further compensation. Winner’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the Winner’s name, Facebook and/or Instagram handle, likeness and statements in any forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Winners will be selected and announced on May 15, 2026. Winners will be contacted on or about May 15, 2026 via direct message on Facebook or Instagram, directly from Pierre’s Ice Cream Company’s Facebook or Instagram accounts.
Coordination of the prize delivery to the winner will occur via direct message and/or email directly from Pierre’s Ice Cream Company’s account.
Prizes will be shipped via UPS delivery according to a predetermined arrangement with the Winner.
By participating in the giveaway, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects.
Eligible Entrant agrees:
to release and hold Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliate, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims, liability, costs (including attorney fees), losses, damages, fines or injuries of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly out of participation in the giveaway or misuse or nonuse or use of the prize;
to waive all rights to punitive, incidental and consequential damages;
to be bound by these Official Rules.
