The best part of Halloween is the TREATS! Pierre’s has plenty to tame just about any monster, ghost or goblin. Serve one of these recipes, and have your guests screaming with delight.
Witches’ Brew Ice Cream Float
Place a scoop of Pierre’s Classic Vanilla Ice Cream into a glass and pour lemon-lime soda over it. Add 3-4 drops of green food coloring and top with sprinkles or gummy worms.
Mummy Ice Cream Sandwich Bars
Melt some white chocolate in a bowl (or substitute white cake decorating icing) and grab a box of Pierre’s Ice Cream Sandwiches (Vanilla or Chocolate — or both). Drizzle “bandages” over each sandwich until completely covered. Add candy eyes or chocolate buttons to complete the mummy look. Freeze until the chocolate sets and enjoy these ghoulishly good treats!
Monster-Eye Halloween Sundae
Start with a carton of Pierre’s Emerald Cookies and Fudge Ice Cream. From there, you’ll also need:
- Your favorite chocolate chip cookies, crushed.
- Candy eyes, or try white marshmallows, cut up into thin disks. Use a black bakery decorating pen to draw your own eyes.
Prepare the “dirt” base: Spread a handful of crushed chocolate chip cookies evenly at the bottom of a dessert bowl. Create the spooky eyes: Take your white marshmallows and carefully paint or draw a small black pupil in the center of each piece using black food coloring and a clean paintbrush, or a black bakery decorating pen. Scoop a generous serving of Pierre’s Emerald Cookies and Fudge Ice Cream onto the cookie graveyard base. Place the marshmallow eyes on top of the ice cream to create a spooky, monster-eyed treat—and enjoy!
