Ingredients:
- Pierre’s Classic Vanilla Ice Cream
- Hot fudge
- Spanish peanuts
- Whipped cream
Place a scoop of Pierre’s Classic Vanilla Ice Cream into a sundae or parfait dish. Drizzle with hot fudge and top with a handful of Spanish peanuts. Add another scoop, more fudge, and more peanuts and repeat as desired … or as much as your dish can hold! Top with the whipped cream.
Feel free to experiment with other flavors or toppings. The original Tin Roof Sundae, created in Potter, Nebraska, featured chocolate AND vanilla ice cream flavors topped with marshmallow sauce.
