Cupcake is dressed for any party. It’s creamy, indulgent recipe features Cake Batter Ice Cream swirled with blue frosting and candy confetti flakes. It is on shelf now at stores and is packaged in Pierre’s familiar red, 1.5 Quart ice cream containers.
